As good as any other I have used. The price is right.

"I used to plug it in to the opposite sex with a wire attached. That acted as a bit of a heat sink and holds the pin steady from loosening up the hot plastic wile I solder it. Now I pull the pins out, solder them, and then stick them back in. How do all ya'all do it?"
