Nice for longer screws

"As someone that has carpel tunnel, this tool does come in handy from time to time, but honestly not for quads. The only time I have found it to be useful is for long stack screws. There's not any real power behind it, but the continuous screwing is nice for long screws. That being said, I still find it worth the money as my hand goes numb easily when handling a smaller screwdriver or hardware, so it's saved me some headache."

Does this actually have enough torque to not have to use another screwdriver to tighten the screws down? Cause I had a cheap electric screwdriver but it had no torque. Thanks: No you will still need to hand tighten after.
