Heavier

"Slightly heavier protected 65mm version"

Johnson H. (5/5)

Nothing wrong with it, dated as of fall '24.

"This is a decent frame. As of today, though, running this frame requires willingness to trade a meaningful amount of weight for frame rigidity. For a basher build, where you're willing to trade lightness for durability, this is arguably one of the best frames available. The weight penalty for that protection is pretty significant, too, nearly a full gram heavier than the lightest (and still quite durable) 65mm frames available now. The ducts in particular are very rigid compared to the 2024 frame that replaces it or other new ultralight frames. I think it might be unnecessarily durable with other parts available today though, for most builds that aren't expected to slam into metal bars at full speed shooting gaps. Newer 31mm props are much lighter and more prone to folding than older props, so while the ducts do an excellent job of protecting the props, they may be overkill if you are less worried about replacing props and run light props that tend to fold rather than transferring impact to the motor. Still, those ultralight frames also flex the AIO a lot more, and if you're running a very thin AIO that is prone to damage, and you're crashing hard, this frame may let you trade back some of the AIO weight savings for a frame that'll do a better job of protecting the AIO."

Nice frame

"I'm using the same frame mob 6 come with, I haven't used this one, but it's the same. In my opinion it would be better if you buy meteor 65 frame, it's more durable, so you can be racing on the light speed and don't be afraid breaking it"

Perfect frame for building DJI Mobigital 7

Descent 65mm Whoop Frame

"A good stock Mobula 6 replacement frame but I think the Beta FPV Meteor 65 is more durable. One of the three struts is always breaking in a crash on this frame."

Q&A

Does this frame also work with the mobula6 HD? I'm not able to find a frame for the Mobula 6 HD, so I thought that it might be the same frame on both aircraft.
Hi Guys, Yes the Mobula6 and Mobula6 HD is built on the same frame
